and navigate to the following policy setngn Computer Configuratonnnn Administratve Templates nnn Windows
Components nnn Windows Update. Right there on the right-side, double-click on “Configure Automatc Updates
and change its setngs to suit your personal requirements. Strictly speaking, we do not recommend that you
disable automatc Windows Update in Windows 10. If your computer is okay with downloads in background and
doesn’t slowdown your work, it is not expedient to do it. But if the speed of your computer reduces drastcally due
to updates downloading and installing in the background, then the above tp to disable Windows updates in

Also, setng your network connecton to ‘Metered’ can be of some help. You can also stop Windows 10
