How to Change Homepage On Mac

By default the web browser in any Mac computer is Safari. The default  homepage on Safari is the Apple Store. You may want to change it. Changing the homepage on Mac is not very difficult it’s extremely easy and takes less than 5 minutes to perform.
To change the homepage on Mac you need to open Safari. In the top left corner of your Mac screen! Click on Safari menu. In the drop down select preferences. Once, you click on preferences it will show you a pop up box.
This pop up box gives you the ability to change the default web browser. You can change your default web browser from Safari to Mozilla Firefox on Google Chrome. You need to select the preferred Browser and hit enter.
If, you want to change the homepage on your Mac then you need to type the URL of the web address of the new homepage in the homepage box. Once, you have type the right home page address then hit enter return on your keyboard to save the configuration.
You will see a pop up on your computer asking you to confirm the change your homepage. Over here you can double check if the homepage address is correct. Once, you are confirming that the homepage address is correct click on change homepage.
It is a good idea to close Safari and restart it. Infuriate cases you may need to restart your Mac computer and check if the homepage settings have been changed.
